If you need to change or update your payment method, follow these steps:
- Login to https://my.broadcast.radio/
- Click on the Settings option on the left hand side.
- Under Organisation Settings, click on Manage Subscription.
This will show you a list of your currently active subscriptions along with the date the subscription will next renew. You can also see a list of previous subscriptions that are no longer active.
- To make a change to a payment method, click on the icon to the right of the subscription.
- Click on the Update Payment Method option.
- This will open our Payment Portal (provided by Stripe) in a new tab or browser window, from here you can click on the icon on the Payment Method section to delete a payment card or make a card the default payment method.
To add a new card, click on the Add payment method option to add a new card to your account.
- If you have more than one card registered in the payment portal, don'f forget to click on the icon to set the default card that will be used for your next payment.
Please note that you can also update your billing and shipping information or even cancel your subscription from this screen.
