To change your Myriad Cloud base subscription plan, follow these steps:
- Login to your Broadcast.Radio portal as a Super Admin.
- Click on the Settings tab, and select Manage Subscription from the Organisation Settings section.
- Alternatively, you can also access the Subscriptions using the Profile Menu in the top right of the portal.
- This window shows you your current subscriptions as well as any cancelled subscriptions you have had in the past.
- To make changed the base plan for your current Myriad Cloud subscription, click on the Subscription you want to change.
- This will show you your current base plan as well as any extras or Add-ons you have.
- To change your base plan, click on the Add or Remove Products button.
- Click on the Edit Icon on your current base description.
- Select the new base plan you would like from the list of available plans.
- In this example, we will click on the Choose button for the Myriad Cloud Professional plan.
- Your subscription will be updated to show the new base plan as well as any additional items that are included with the new plan. Your plan will also be automatically adjusted to account for any items you were previously paying extra for, but are now included with your new plan.
- If you would like to add any additional Add-ons or services, click on the Click to Add Products button.
- When you are happy with your changes, click on the Modify Subscription button.
- You will need to re-enter your password.
- It can take up to a few minutes for your new plan to be processed and take effect. Once the process is complete, your new subscription plan will displayed along with any additions your have.
Please note that your Myriad Cloud system may briefly pause playout during the upgrade / downgrade process.
