Overview
The Broadcast.Radio Account Portal provides all the tools you need to keep your account secure!
See Where You're Signed In
You can see where your account is signed in.
If you see a device or location you don't recognise, or e.g. forgot to log out from a shared computer, click on the "Bin" button, to log that device out.
Changing Your Password
I Know My Old Password
Please note that changing your password will log you out everywhere.
- Navigate to the Account Security portal
- Click on Change Password
- Type your new password.
We strongly recommend memorising your password, or using a password manager. - Click Ok
- Type your old password in the confirmation screen, and click Ok.
- Your password has been changed!
I Forgot My Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password by following these steps.
- Log out of your account (or use a different browser/computer)
- Click Forgot Your Password underneath the sign in screen
- Type in your email address and click the blue Send reset link button
- Check your email for a reset link.
One Time Pin (Multi Factor Authentication)
To add an extra layer of security to your account, we recommend enabling the One Time Pin.
Enabling One Time Pin
Please be aware that your One Time Pin cannot be reset by the Broadcast Radio Support team. We strongly recommend backing up your authentication app.
To enable your One Time Pin:
- Download a supported app, such as Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator.
- Navigate to the Account Security portal
- Click on Set up
- Scan the QR code with your app and follow the instructions.
- Type in the PIN code generated by your phone, and click Ok.
- Your One Time Pin is now active!
Disabling One Time Pin
To deactivate your One Time Pin, you will need the device you use to log in.
- Go to the Account Security portal
- Under the Multi Factor section, click Deactivate
- Enter the code displayed on your device
- Click Ok
Your PIN has been deactivated, and is no longer needed to log in.
