Change Or Update Your Payment Information

If you want to update/change your payment information, follow these steps:

Login to your Broadcast.Radio portal as a Super Admin.
Click on the Settings tab, and select Manage Subscription from the Organisation Settings section.
Alternatively, you can also access the Subscriptions using the Profile Menu in the top right of the portal.
This window shows you your current subscriptions as well as any cancelled subscriptions you have had in the past.
Click on the Subscription you want to change payment information for.
This will show you your current plan as well as any extras or Add-ons you have. To update your payment information, click on the Change Payment Information button.
This will take you to the payment processing portal (hosted by Stripe) which will allow you to review your current payment method and update as required.
To update your payment information, you can either click on the Edit Icon by the current payment method.

Or click on the Add Payment Method link to add a new payment method.

If you add a new payment method that you want to use for future payments, click on the icon by your new method and select Make Default.
Follow the on screen instructions to add a new payment method or update an existing payment method.
