The Tunnel Service is used to create a secure connection between Myriad Cloud or Remote Edit Server (for on-premise Myriad Playout customers) and the Myriad Anywhere platform.
If Users experience issues connecting or using Myriad Anywhere for remote contribution or control, restarting the Tunnel Service will often resolve the issue.
1. Login to your Broadcast.Radio portal.

2. Click on the Settings menu option.

3. Expand the Myriad / Myriad Cloud option and select Control Panel.

4. Please note that Myriad Control Panel is available to on-premise Myriad Playout customers and Myriad Cloud customers.
Myriad Cloud customers will have additional options relating specifically to Myriad Cloud, but the Myriad Anywhere Connections section is the same for both Myriad Cloud and Myriad Playout customers.

5. To restart the Tunnel Service, locate the Tunnel Software Version field in the Myriad Anywhere Connections section and then click on the Restart Tunnel Service icon.

6. You will be asked to confirm before the Tunnel Service is restarted. Click on Yes to proceed.
CAUTION: This will momentarily disconnect ALL remote Users including Users connected to the Live Studio.
