The Media Wall in Myriad Playout 6 offers a comprehensive set of tools for managing, editing, and interacting with media items. Many of these functions are accessible via the ribbon interface at the top of the screen, while others can be accessed through the right-click context menu.

? Home Tab
The Home tab includes the most frequently used tools:

| Play / Queue | Plays or queues a selected media item |
| Home | Jumps to your personal media range |
| Search | Opens the Search tab to find media items |
| Back | Returns to the last-viewed media ID |
| Edit / Edit Details | Opens the media editor (full or details-only mode) |
| Copy / Move | Duplicates or relocates media items |
| Record | Records directly into a selected empty media item |
| Item Information | Shows full details, notes, and scheduling history |
| Add to Pad / Favorites / Log | Sends the selected item to a pad, favorite, or log |
| Refresh | Reloads content from the database (rarely needed) |

| Import Wizard (drop down) | Batch import tool for multiple files or folders |
| Import Pad Mixdown | Combines Pad clips into a new media item |
| Export File / Transport File | Export audio-only or a full item with metadata |
| Publish to Mixcloud | Upload content directly to your Mixcloud account |
| Delete | Permanently deletes the media item (permission-controlled) |
